Firstly, you would have to install the application. Once you're done with this process, set the Foxit Reader as the default application for PDF files. You can do this using Help > Set as default PDF reader. After this procedure, go to File > Preferences > File Associations and check the options that says Display PDF in Browser.
Make sure that browsers are closed until the procedure completes and that's it.
