Unfortunately, no information can be provided about the software and the way it works because there is no troubleshooting documents, user guides or something to help me in this matter. If you have it installed, go to Help > Contents or look in the installation folder of the software. You should find all the necessary data in the provided locations. On the other hand, migrated documents appear as files that have been transferred from somewhere else or opened from a network location. Unless you have full access for that location, the files will remain as they are.
