The DXVA is used by the Media Player Classic. If you have issues with black screens or weird playback, then I recommend you access Media Player Classic's options menu. Navigate through the options until you find the Filters menu. Disable DXVA and that's it or if you have the possibility, choose something else, but according to the developer's instructions you can disable the option completely.
