WinDVD Creator is a discontinued application. It won't work on Windows 10. The new product is called WinDVD Pro and it's available from the following website: http://www.windvdpro.com/en/products/windvd/
Currently the application works with the following versions of Windows: Microsoft Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista (Service Pack 1) or Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
There is nowhere mentioned about Windows 10, but I believe it will be upgraded in the future to support this OS. Windows 10 was launched today on 29th of July as General Availability.
