To prevent others from accessing your cameras, it's necessary to remotely or directly connect to those cameras and change their password or IP. If they're on a LAN, simply change their IPs and passwords and that's it. The other user who still has your device won't be able to access those camera's anymore unless he enters a new IP and password. There is no need for other settings and apps.
