I have HTC 816g phone. When I record a video in Snapchat, it turns out to be in a very bad quality. I've tried to uninstall the app and reboot the phone, but it doesn't work. Which Snapchat version is good for my phone? Maybe that is the reason?
This is a very strange behavior because the phone is equipped with a primary 13 MP camera and a secondary camera at 5 MP 1080. This could be caused by a bug in the Snapchat's functionality. Go to Settings > Applications > All tab > Snapchat. Clear all the data and the cache, then uninstall it. Reboot the phone and re-install the application again and repeat the recording process. It should work correctly now.
