Question About Scan Results In HerdProtect.

I have a question about the scan results in HerdProtect: I notice when I've scanned individual files with HerdProtect, the scan results give me a great deal of information about the file. However, as a non-techie, I would like to know if HerdProtect ever detects an infection, that it will say something like, "Virus/Malware Found" somewhere in the scan results. If not, then the program would be basically useless to a non-techie like me, thanks.

HerdProtect can detect malware and rookits and can provide information about the files it finds, however, it's not working as a resident antivirus to have a realtime protection module. This is an on-demand scanner tool. It's something like VirusTotal only that's available for PC. However, if you want a resident solution, try MalwareBytes.
