The SCI.RemoteScan is not available as a public product and it's used by the ones who are in this field of work with IDs. If you have access to the downloads, you will have to manually remove the application/plug-in from your computer, and then re-install it using the downloads provided to you by the developers of the software. Based on the error above, it seems that you can't login because the program doesn't have the latest version installed.
