It's not possible to turn off the Family Filter in Android version of the Camfrog application. I have installed it on my phone and searched in all available menus, but nothing was provides as a tool to configure it. The menu button offers an option to view gifts, buy premium app, and sign out. There is nothing else related to Family Filter.
Note: This option is available only for the desktop version of the Camfrog application.
