What are the platforms/OS this program will work on? Is IE, Android and/or Windows 8.1, etc?

The application is available for Windows and Mac. There is nowhere mentioned the exact Windows or Mac versions that can run on. I have installed it on Windows 8.1 X64 and Mac OSX 10.8.5 and it works normally without errors.
