Unfortunately, there is no repair option in the control panel when I click on the bluestacks program and overwriting with a new installer doesn't work with bluestacks since it will display the "bluestacks is already installed in this machine" error.
And about my data, can I still recover them? My wechat, whatsapp, etc. messages and contacts? Since this error came up all of a sudden that I didn't get the chance to back up my data. For example, in whatsapp, I won't be able to find the database folder on my sd card containing my messages and contacts since I didn't hit back up.
Is there a recovery tool I could use? Or even a way to manually extract my data? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks!
