I need a solution to put the Voxer app on my Blackberry Z30. Is there one?

No, the download won't enable the installation on your BlackBerry Z30, because the application is developed to run only on iOS, Android, and Windows Phone. You can check this information on the official website of the application: http://voxer.com/download/

There is no BlackBerry enabled package to install it on this type of phones.
