Nexans NVT installation problem.

I can't install the program on my computer, a message appears saying "There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor". Can you help me?

Additionally, repair Windows Installer package using the download from the Microsoft website: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/942288
