The software should have drivers on the manufacturer's website. If you know the website from where the PC-Pedal has been acquired, then visit it. The drivers should be located on the product page or on the Support page.
In case you don't find it, install a driver detection tool to automatically scan for drivers. For example, you can use Driver Magician to look for updated drivers.
