You email is not recognized because the website is not working. I have tried to access it, and it gives an error message related to DNS. This means their website is not reachable, therefore any operation related to login or update is not available until the website comes back up. Unfortunately, there isn't much to do about it. There is also the possibility the website has been discontinued.
