I can't install software ScienceCube on my PC: An error message is showed at the end of installation. The error message is "Problem with usb driver". Can you help me?
If you have problems with the driver, then I recommend downloading it from the official website. There isn't much troubleshooting available, but you can download the user guides to obtain information about the correct installation of the software and drivers.
