I need help understanding the later part of the game.

I have been playing the game and have done fine up until ALL BUSINESS and it changed and I am not able to figure it out and I do not have anywhere on the screen the has a dress the models, except the one that will undone your last move. Do you have a pictorial that will help me understand it? I think my computer does not show all of the screen. I would like to finish this course, but if not I will just replay and enjoy the game up until this part again.
