The first thing to do in these situations is to consult the official instructions page provided by Microsoft. There are a few tricks to try, but to fully recover the files you will have to get access to the hard drive where the files were stored in the first place and then use a recovery solution (eg. software application).
Use the database of Software Informer to obtain additional applications, once you get access to the hard drive where the files were stored.
