Is Att Voices Alain 16k 1.4 compatible with Windows server 2008 R2?

We have been using Att Voice Alin 16k 1.4 on Windows XP Server for many years. We installed it now on Windows server 2008 R2 and we can't run it. After it's dialed, we hear nothing. So, is it compatible with 2008 R2 server? And is there any parameter we have to correct? Which version can replace it?
