How do I put the data in Minitab if it's a range of numbers, for example 6 - 8 hours?

I have conducted a survey with questions such as "How many hours of sleep do you get?" and "age'. The options are ranges of numbers such as 2-5 hours, 6-8 hours, and 9+ hours. For age, it's below 17, 18-25, and 26+. How can I put this data in Minitab so I can do a regression test?
