From time to time, my lyrics do not display on the CompuHost screen.

From time to time, my lyrics won't display on the CompuHost screen. It happens occasionally. I have the Kaspersky antivirus software. Could this be interfering with the lyrics display? I have had the software for over a year now. This could be a big problem for our show soon.

Yes, Kaspersky can interfere with the application, however, there is a way to overcome this issue. Start Kaspersky from tray icon, then go to Setup/Settings and locate the Exclusions list. Add the CompuHost to that list and KasperSky will avoid it in the future from scanning. Additionally, run the CompuHost application as Administrator. If you still encounter issues, re-install the application and then try using it again.
