It seems that you have been tricked into believing that performing an additional download will allow you to download the real file. This is a typical case of a spyware application and most likely your system is now infected with malware content which isn't good at all.
The file you were trying to download actually doesn't exists on the server and you urgently need to perform a scan of your computer with a known security tool which in this case I recommend Malwarebytes Anti-Malware or Spybot Search & Destroy.
Download one of the applications from our software section and install it. Upon installing the software will attach to the system's kernel and perform additional scanning. You will be surprised to see that your computer is infected with bad content. Perform scans and reboots of the computer for as many times as the software asks.
