Why can't I log in using Macbook Air?

I am having problems signing in using my Macbook Air. I registered using my LG cat.6 and been using Skout through it. I wanna use my Macbook Air as well. Why it won't allow me? My skoutID is dollysmiles. When I tried to login, it would say that no account has been found active. Please help me. Thanks a lot.

On MacBook Air, you need to use the browser version because the software is compatible with Android and iOS . If you're having issues connecting, use the password forgot option to recover your ID then try logging in again. I have tested the above solution and it works normally on Windows and Mac.
