How to get a username and a password for an O'town Casino trial account?

It seems (as it's stated on the website) that usernames and passwords are only available for the recognized agents who work in partnership with the O'Town company. In order to get a username and a password you should contact those agents in your area (if there are any available) or contact the support division from the main website to establish a way to get a new username and a password.
