The only way to register for an account on the website is to use the actual main website of the game. "Sign Up For free" is the link where you will need to click. Then you will be taken to a secure page from Gameforge (because it's the publisher of the game) where you complete a form with your details about your name, gender, account, etc. Please notice that you will need to use a valid e-mail address because the account must be confirmed by a real person before playing any of the games that the publisher hosts. You can also download their main client and use the register button on the main interface. Although there is a different way, you will still use the browser to register for an account.
