Unfortunately, there is no information or a converter available for this operation. I have tried looking for software that was able to convert EMS to DWG, but it seems these formats have nothing in common. Try exporting the EMS file to something else and then import it in the application that supports the format you have export the EMS file to. There is no other way to overcome this issue.
