Hors connexion display message

The printer shows "HORS CONNEXION" message. How do I get around this? How to print?

The message indicates that the selected printer is offline.

Check the following items:

  1. Check the cable to be plugged on both sides (printer and PC).

  2. Check the AC adapter to be plugged on a wall mount.

  3. Go to Start > Control panel > Hardware and Devices > Printers. Right click the printer and select Enable.

  4. Turn on the printer using the ON/OFF button.

After all these steps, you will have the possibility to print again.
