Lost communication with the IFM ServiceTool

I have problem with my service tool IFM. When I try to write data in my module by setting filter, I have a message error like that: Activate/deactivate CAN failed: 0xFA'. I disconnect my module and reconnect it, but I have the same problem. What should I do?

The first thing you have to check is the FAQ page available on the developer's website. Check all the questions related to troubleshooting the application. Secondly, re-install the application and make sure the Firewall is configured to allow the Internet connection or the connection between any device you connect and the computer.
