TicToc application registering problem.

I downloaded and installed the app. I tried to register while charging my phone and it read cannot register while connected with a USB, so I unplugged it and it still says the same thing. What can I do?

After you have removed the USB cord, try force closing the application. To do this, press the HOME button or the button with two rectangles for 1-2 seconds. The task manager will appear. Swipe left, right, up or down to remove the application from the list and then restart it and it should work. You received the same error, because the software kept the previous information. Starting it again will fix the problem.
