Carbonite is not running properly

I have Carbonite on a new laptop and now it doesn't run properly. It hasn't been backed up, but I can't start the back up (or get it to back up automatically). On my last laptop it ran automatically and if there was a problem, it would notify me and I could click "OK" to restart it. What should I do?

If you have switched computers and operating systems, then it might be possible that you need a new version of the software to install and run on a new computer. If you don't want to buy the program right away, download a trial version from the official website.
