I downloaded IPSEpro-PSE. Installation is Ok. When I started using Excel, it failed to load PSX server and an error comes up and Excel is not responding.
There is no troubleshooting or compatibility information regarding this software. I have accessed its website and the only way to acquire information about what I've mentioned is through the User Support section. That section requires a username and password to be accessed. You should have one if you're a customer and paid for the application.
