You will need to update the browser to the latest version, then you have to check the SSL configuration. To do this, open a new tab and type about:config, then in the search bar paste the following line: /security.*ssl|security.*tls/. After all the values are displayed, locate the ones with bold, right click them and choose Reset. Restart Firefox and then try to access the desired website. Alternatively, choose another browser to access the website (eg. Internet Explorer).

Download latest version of Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/?scene=2#download-fx
