The Samsung account has nothing to do with the actual Factory Reset operating. Connect the phone to PC and use Kies to create a backup of the Contacts, SMS, pictures, movies, etc., then go to Applications > Settings > Backup and Reset > Factory Data reset. Activate the procedure then wait for the phone to come online again. You will have to perform initial configuration to get access after it boots.
