The product doesn't appear to be available anymore. I have checked both Bell and Microsoft websites, but no information was provided for the software in question. However, it seems that the software is nagging you with a reminder. In most cases, this reminder can be configured through the Settings page. I recommend you check those settings to eliminate the need for constant check up.
