I click on the "RENEW" button both in "About" and bottom left hand side, but nothing happens. What do I do to renew?
I would like to recommend re-installing the application again, register it and then renew it using the button. If you still encounter issues, then you will have to contact the developer of the application. Luckily for you, the official website is still working and the contact form and emails are available for this procedure.
