The application continuously crashes

I've tried the trial version and it worked. I've paid for it and wasn't able to burn a single disc as it keeps "not responding", once it gets to around 26%. Does anyone know a fix for this? I am close to asking for my money back and just removing those titles from my book.

There was a user on the forum who had the same problem. If you can't fix it after trying the available solutions on the page, access the Forum, create an account, and post this error under the Bugs category. Make sure to paste the ORDER NUMBER as well.
