Does the KAKASOFT company really exist?

I have already bought and paid for the program called "USB Copy Protection" VIP Edition from the KAKASOFT.com. For many days I have no answer from this company. I need this program as soon as possible. I found your contact on KAKASOFT website. You are connected? Maybe you have any their active e-mail address? Can you help me?

The only contact method posted on their website is the contact email. You can either use the following link to access the Contact US page or use the email posted below. I have tried finding a phone number or something that I can access, to no availability.
