I want to set password on ZIP files without any software or any application. Is that possible?

No, it's not possible to create password protected ZIP archives without an application. If you want a free one, simply install 7Zip. Access the official website and download the installation package, then right click any file or folder and choose 7Zip > Add to Archive. From the Archive format choose ZIP, then enter the password.
