Problem with RFO-BASIC! Quck APK.

I am attempting to use RFO-BASIC! QUICK APK, with the follow error: file passed does not exist. The file created with basic launcher works on my tablet (Galaxy Tab 3 lite) with WiFi connection. Could you please advise where I am in error?

You need to install the application through the Google Play Store. If you installed it from another source, there is a thing called Google License Verification and if the app didn't pass it, an error might appear. Secondly, download the SDK library and check the documentation of the app, because the official website doesn't provide anything related to diagnosing and troubleshooting.
