You can't have separate audio tracks. If you try to create an Audio CD with a single file, then you will have to cut that file based on your preferences and then add the files to the CD (which will later be converted in the process). You can's separate audio tracks for Audio CD, unless you choose the method above. There is an application called Audacity that is able to perform this.
