No COM port found.

When I run the program there is no option available for a USB port. I can connect to my Cobra 3 with the Suunto program okay, but not the Eraser. Do you have a fix for this?

You were probably using an older version of the software because the Eraser supports Cobra 2/3. Access the official website to download the latest version of the software. Secondly, make sure you have the correct drivers installed for the Cobra 3. If no driver is installed, the device won't be recognized by Windows and application.
