I bought a different PC last year in 2014 and I noticed that I have all the documents from Xceed that were added to my old computer in 2013. They take up a lot of space. Can I delete all of them?

Yes, if you don't need the documents anymore, you can safely delete them. All you need to do is to select the files using Ctrl + Click and then remove them using Shift + Delete key combination. If you have problems, or if you're not sure that you need to delete those files, I recommend you contact Xceed Software Inc. You can get in touch with them using the contact information from the official web page.
