The IP address of the Mobily Mini WiFi router should be 192.168.2.1. If it is not working, I recommend you contact the official developers and ask for the address. You can get in touch with them using the contact form from the official web page.
Secondly, go to Start > Run > Cmd and type ipconfig|findstr "Gateway". Copy the IP and paste it on a browser window while you are connected to the WiFi source and the Administration page will load. Input the admin user and password then you should have the possibility to change various aspects.
