Reference designator on pas flashes.

I occasionally get RefDes on my pads in my Gerber files. What causes this and how do I prevent it and how do I remove if from my files?

The RefDes is an option you have in the Select Output files. Activate the menu then uncheck the RefDes option. I have seen that in many cases it's recommended to keep the options present.
