Is this company out of business? I'm desperately trying to reach them for a license number that I paid for through PayPal.

I have been leaving messages to that email and phone voice mail for a month now with no response. Many parts of the website produce errors too.

This is the only thing you can do at this moment. At some point, they will answer and get back to you because the developers are the only ones who can issue registration keys for their programs and nobody else.
