When I try to open a particular diary, the program doesn't respond. I tried to restore/repair the .iDD file but it still doesn't work. Also, I cannot back up other .iDD diary file. Can you help?
Firstly, I recommend you make sure that you're trying to open an .iDD file. Right-click its icon, select Properties, open the General tab and check the information next to Type of file. If it uses .iDD as file format, try updating the program to the latest version. This should also fix your second problem.
