No, your photos from the KeepSafe application won't be transferred because they're protected. The transferring operation will move only the files that are available within the gallery. All the other pictures hidden in KeepSafe will remain in their place. That's why the KeepSafe application was created in the first place, to keep the files protected at all times until you unlock them with the locking methods available within the app.
