Unfortunately, the software appears to be discontinued which means it's impossible to obtain troubleshooting information related to various aspects of the software. The only thing you can do is to contact the developer (if possible!) through the Help > About. Secondly, go to Help > Help topics to obtain information related to the way the software works.
