Unfortunately, you cannot run a PDA application on an Android device. I have looked for one but there isn't available. However, you have the possibility to install applications on Kindle Fire through the Play Store (official store of Android devices). This is the only possible way to install apps developed for Android. The PDA ones aren't supported.
