Setting scale in Scion Image 1.6.3.

I just took a bunch of brain images but forgot to set the scale. I only collect the mean value (sometimes area as well) will this affect my values?

The scale is necessary for the program to convert the measurements. Without the proper scale, you won't have the possibility to convert the measurements within the files or the images.

I recommend downloading the official manual to learn more about this procedure.
